Cooked with soda ash, dyed with synthetic dyes. Produced in Yame, Fukuoka prefecture. Yame kozo is long-fibred and makes a slightly crisp paper.Dyed to match age-toned papers for conservation & repair. Highly favoured for chine-colle because of its smooth surface and warm tone.
