Students are able to produce a small edition of mokuhanga prints on Japanese paper.
Students are expected to bring a simplified sketch with a strong shape components to be used as a basis for their mokuhanga image. Also suggest they bring notebooks, ball point pens, pencils. They may be required to complete carving at home after the first class, and can be lent tools for this purpose. All students are expected to help with cleaning the brushes at the end of the classes.
