This carving knife is constructed with an Ash handle and is made with edge-holding steel for smooth carving. The comfortable ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue. This detail knife has a very fine point for making the very narrow cuts associated with detailing with a blade bevel length of 1-1/2". The straight blade can accommodate larger stock removal if needed.
Roughing
The Roughing Knife features a straight blade for heavier stock removal with a rounded durable point with a blade bevel length of 1-3/4". The knife is constructed with an ash handle and is made with edge-holding steel for smooth carving. The comfortable ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
